How do I know which size is right for me?
We have a size guide located on each product page for your convenience. You will need a flexible tape measure to find your own measurements. If you do not have access to one, don’t worry because we can help! Send a message to Kortnie at kortnie@moonstoneswim.com, or on Instagram @moonstone.swim, and we will make sure you get the right size.
Do your bikini tops come with padding inserts?
Our swimwear does not come with padding inserts. Our Kai, Indika, Lilou and Haven tops are designed with padding slits so you can easily add your own padding. Check out our blog on how to insert padding to our swimwear tops.
How do I track my order?
After you place an order, you will be sent a series of emails.
- The first email will be a confirmation for your order. Please contact us if there have been any mistakes so we can correct it before your order is shipped.
- You will receive the second email within 48 hours stating your order has been shipped. This email will also contain a USPS tracking number that you can use to follow your package up to delivery.
- You will be notified in a third email that your package has been delivered and your order is now complete
Am I able to exchange or return my purchase?
All handmade swimwear is made to order and a final sale. We will gladly return or exchange all other swimwear styles with original tags and sanitary stickers within 14 days of purchase. We offer one complimentary size exchange with every purchase. Your package will be shipped in a mailer that can be reused to send your swimwear back. Email us at info@moonstoneswim.com and we will walk you through the next steps!

How should I recycle my packaging?
All our packaging is recyclable and/or reusable. Your mailer and tissue paper are made from recycled materials and can be recycled or used again for another package. All paper products/labels are also recyclable. We recommend checking with your county's recycling guidelines because each will vary. Our swimwear is mailed in either an EVA biodegradable or natural cotton garment bag that we encourage you to reuse for storing swimwear. Learn more about our sustainability efforts here.
How do I care for my swimwear fabric?
After wearing your swimwear, simply hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. Use a very mild soap or a capful of white vinegar in the water for an extra deep clean. Your swimwear will also be shipped in a garment bag that can be reused to store and protect your bikini.
